Sustainability is the heart of our commitment.

We see this as a service to the environment. Recycling metal scrap means we are diverting and reusing millions of tons of metals and natural resources each year that might otherwise be rotting in landfills. The processed ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal is further utilized to manufacture new metal-based ingots. This way we not only preserve natural resources but also significantly reduce the greenhouse gas emissions.

We aim to enhance the inherent synergies in our auto and metals recycling units.

Our Strategy Our Strategy

Our auto recycling unit is the key supplier to our metals recycling unit.

We are focussed on continuing to grow in regions where we already have a significant market presence and advantageous port access.

We have collaborators and joint ventures that provide us additional opportunities for recycling metals, electronic wastes and other materials. These businesses provide metals recycling facilities; removal and demolition, dismantling services and they further ensure environmental stewardship.

Our Modus Operandi Our Modus Operandi

We purchase scrap metals from across the Globe with our major quantities from United Kingdom and the United States of America. Our proximity to large industrial suppliers and major highways provides us with strong sources of supply and a competitive advantage to deliver processed scrap metal wherever demand is greatest.

Scrap metal is purchased from junkyards, industrial manufacturers, auto recycling facilities and individual scrap and metal dealers. The metal usually comes from obsolete machinery and equipment such as vehicles, home appliances and from buildings and other obsolete structures. As part of our vertical integration, we also purchase crushed automobile bodies and scrap from our auto recycling units.

Purchased scrap arrives at our metals recycling facilities on a daily basis. Once the scrap metal arrives at our yards, it is processed by sorting, shredding and shearing. This results in collection of metal pieces on the basis of size, density and purity specified by steel plants for melting and use in the production of new steel and other metal products. Smaller and homogeneous pieces of processed metal have more value because they are more easily utilized in the making of new metals and alloys.
